Excellent customer service with fast turnaround on questions to help you plan your project. All parts arrived as promised. Well packaged, so none of the panels were scratched. Lots of supplies included ie spacers and screws. Slats are sturdy and cut precisely. Instruction pictures could be a bit clearer. Delivery service was as promised with a courtesy call before drop off. The panels are long and heavy so the delivery fee was worth it.
